日本の公的医療保険に加入されていない外国人患者さんの医療費について

Medical Fees for International Patients Without Japanese Public Health Insurance

 

札幌医科大学附属病院では、日本の公的医療保険制度に加入されておらず、かつ日本国籍を有しない患者さんの診療費につきましては、標準料金として診療報酬点数1点につき30円（消費税込み33円）を申し受けます 。

At Sapporo Medical University Hospital, medical fees for patients who are not enrolled in the Japanese Public Health Insurance system and do not hold Japanese citizenship are calculated at a standard rate of 30 yen per medical service point (33 yen including consumption tax).

この料金は、加入されている民間保険や海外保険の種類に関わらず、日本の公的保険の枠組み外で提供されるすべての診療に適用されますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

Please note that this rate applies to all medical treatments provided outside the Japanese public insurance framework, regardless of any private or international insurance you may hold.

日本の医療体制は、その居住者が支払う保険料と税金によって維持されています 。今後も質の高い医療を継続的に提供するため、日本の公的制度の一部ではなく、かつ日本国籍を有しない方々には、医療資源の利用に応じた適切なご負担をお願いしております 。何卒ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます 。

The Japanese healthcare system is sustained by insurance premiums and taxes paid by its residents. To ensure the continued delivery of high-quality medical care, we ask that those who are not part of this public system and do not hold Japanese citizenship contribute an appropriate share toward the medical resources utilized.
