2-3 SRSV最近の知見、文献紹介等
HRVの最近の知見について、ワクチン、病原性、疫学、増殖、免疫に分けて簡単に紹介する予定です
1. SRSVの分類(Virus Taxonomy)
Sixth report of the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (1995) に Caliciviridae の分類が報告されているが、その後新しい分類がまとめられた。今後の研究において重要と思われるので報告する。
a) Family Caliciviridae

D D) Caliciviridae の遺伝子系藤樹は図2参照(58KB)。
E) 本邦においても分離された多数のSRSVについて、国立感染症研究所の武田、名取両先生の精力的な遺伝子学的解析がなされている。図3に武田先生より拝借した遺伝子系統樹(68KB)を示します。
2. SRSVその他の現状
SRSVではPCRによるウイルス遺伝子の検出とそれに伴う諸々の問題点、遺伝子学的解析さらにVLP発現がなお大きな流れである。一方、ロタウイルスにおいてもSRSVにおいてもVLPのワクチンの可能性、その時の腸管免疫応答の機序が話題として上がってきている。
